Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms of sale govern the subscription to the paid plans of the Iwana service.

Offers and prices

The offers and prices in force are presented on the website. Prices are stated exclusive of tax; the applicable VAT is added at the time of billing.

Free trial

The free trial lasts fourteen (14) days, with no bank card. At its end, subscription to a paid plan is required to continue using the features concerned.

Subscription, term and renewal

The subscription is taken out for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renews automatically for an identical term, unless cancelled before the renewal date. It carries no commitment beyond the current period.

Payment and billing

Payment is made in advance by the means offered at the time of subscription, via our payment provider [À COMPLÉTER: name]. Invoices are made available in your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no period already begun is refunded, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.

Right of withdrawal

For a professional client, the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code does not apply. For a consumer, the statutory period of fourteen (14) days applies under the conditions provided for by law.

Liability and data

Iwana's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. The processing of data is described in the Privacy policy: /privacy.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office, subject to the mandatory rules protecting the consumer.
