These terms of use govern access to and use of the Iwana website and applications. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Purpose

Iwana provides business-management software intended for professionals (calendar, clients, interventions, quotes, invoices, payments and communication). The financial terms of the subscription are set out in the Terms of sale: /cgv.

Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, the accuracy of the data you enter and any use of your account. You undertake to have a legal basis for processing your own clients' data in Iwana.

Acceptable use

You must refrain from any unlawful use, any breach of the security of the service, any attempt at unauthorised access and any content that infringes the rights of third parties.

Availability

We strive to ensure the availability of the service but do not guarantee the complete absence of interruption. Maintenance operations may be necessary.

Liability

Iwana cannot be held liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited under the conditions provided for by the Terms of sale and by applicable law.

Amendment and applicable law
